Ogdensburg dredge study
US Army Corps of Engineers officials have agreed to undertake a dredging feasibility study for upstate New York’s Port of Ogdensburg, which is the only US port on the St Lawrence Seaway, a conduit between the Great Lakes and the Atlantic Ocean.
