Dubai’s new cruise terminal at Port Rashid – officially opened last month and featuring traditional Arabic architecture including domes, arches and carvings – can accommodate four ships simultaneously.

Inside, cruise ship passengers have access to currency exchange facilities, a post office, ATMs, a duty free shop, VIP lounge and a wi-fi-equipped business centre.

Information counters are manned “around the clock when cruise ships are berthed and government services such as customs, immigration and police also have offices at the terminal,” officials told DPC.
