Wilhelmsen Ships Service has secured a contract to provide agency services to Van Oord vessels at Maasvlakte 2. Wilhelmsen will manage the formalities of co-ordinating with port authorities, customs and immigration and will also handle crew changes and sludge and waste disposal.
