EU launches port consultation

THE EUROPEAN Commission has launched a wide-ranging consultation of the EU port sector as a prelude to beginning a review of EU port policy in September.
Interested parties have been invited to give their views on port service quality, efficiency and transparency via a survey being carried out on the commission’s behalf by consulting groups PricewaterhouseCoopers and NEA.
