A PORT deal has been signed with North Korea that will give China direct access to the Sea of Japan, IHS Global Insight reported today.
China’s landlocked province of Jilin, which borders North Korea, has reached a 10-year lease for a pier at Rajin in North Korea’s northeast, China’s government-run Global Times newspaper reported.
